Bulk Materials Policy (Mulch, Soil, Stone)
All sales are final once the product has been delivered. Because bulk materials are dumped on-site and cannot be easily recollected without contamination or significant logistical expense, we do not accept returns on any bulk mulch, soil, or stone after the delivery has been completed.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or modify your bulk material order, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Once our trucks have been dispatched or the product has been dropped off at your location, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If an order is successfully canceled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Issues & Wrong Products
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we cannot accept returns on delivered bulk goods, we are committed to making things right if we make a mistake. If the wrong product was delivered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement delivery of the correct product or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
