Bulk Materials Policy (Mulch, Soil, Stone)
All sales are final once the product has been delivered. Because bulk materials are dumped on-site and cannot be easily recollected without contamination or significant logistical expense, we do not accept returns on any bulk mulch, soil, or stone after the delivery has been completed.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your bulk material order, please do so prior to your scheduled delivery. Once our trucks have been dispatched or the product has been dropped off at your location, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we generally cannot accept returns on delivered bulk goods, if you are unhappy with the product you received, we want to hear from you.
